Welcome to TripExpect LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any bookings made for travel-related products including tours, hotels, and transportation services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read carefully.
1. Booking Terms
All bookings must be made directly through our official platform. Bookings made through unauthorized channels will not be recognized or supported.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the booking process, including full name, passport number, contact details, and any other information requested.
Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. This email serves as your official booking receipt.
All services are provided by third-party partners, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and tour operators. We act solely as an intermediary and are not the direct service provider.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any booking for reasons including suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for special offers or group bookings.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods made available on the platform.
All prices are quoted in [CNY/USD] and include applicable taxes, fees, and service charges unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information.
If payment is declined or not completed, your booking will not be confirmed and may be canceled automatically.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider and are clearly displayed during the booking process.
Certain bookings are marked as non-refundable and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
For refundable bookings, cancellations must be made within the stipulated time frames to qualify for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days following confirmation from the service provider.
We are not liable for delays in refunds caused by payment processors or banks.
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government restrictions), refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to the service provider’s policies.
4. Modifications
Change requests such as date changes, passenger details, or service upgrades must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Modifications are subject to approval by the relevant service provider and may incur additional fees or charges.
Not all services or bookings are eligible for modification; this will be stated at the time of booking.
Requests should be made through your user account on the platform or by contacting our customer support team.
5. Travel Documents
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, health certificates, and permits, are valid and comply with the entry requirements of all countries involved in your itinerary.
Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denied boarding or refusal of service, for which TripExpect LLC is not responsible.
We recommend checking travel document requirements well in advance of your travel dates.
6. Liability Disclaimer
TripExpect LLC acts only as an intermediary connecting customers with third-party service providers.
We do not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, or performance of the services provided by these third parties.
TripExpect LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party providers.
We disclaim liability for any incidents arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, wars, government actions, or travel restrictions.
By using our platform, you agree to release and indemnify TripExpect LLC from any claims arising from your use of the booked services.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
